The University Ombuds Office aligns its practices with OSU’s commitment to valuing and integrating diverse lived experiences, perspectives and viewpoints. Accordingly, we treat all visitors with fairness and respect. We are a confidential, impartial, informal and independent resource for current OSU affiliates to discuss workplace conflicts and academic concerns. Visitors to our office receive an impartial perspective that is maintained in strictest confidence. We help them deepen their understanding of issues and understand their options, so they are empowered to address their concerns according to their needs and values.
